Doug Divenere
Senior Managing Partner
Doug joined the ISI team in 2009 and brought with him a strong sales and marketing acumen which he developed during his years working at Grainger, Newark, and Miller Electric. From National Accounts, to Government contracts, to product development, to customer research; Doug has been connecting B2B sales for over 20 years.
In Doug’s free time, he enjoys a date with his wife, a field hockey game with his daughter, and the sporting clay course with his son. Although his NCAA football playing days are behind him, you can always catch Doug lifting weights at the local gym before starting his day.

Steve White
Managing Partner
Steve joined the ISI team in 2010 and leads the business development and operations teams. His passion is “creating heroes” and helping the ISI team & represented suppliers maximize potential within MRO distribution. Steve is energized by connecting common sense supplier solutions that solve chronic and unique business issues. Outside of work, Steve enjoys life with his wife and kids, running, playing soccer, and volunteering.

Brian Driskell
Director of Supplier Programs/Sales
Brian joined ISI in 2022, bringing 26 years of supply chain expertise from Grainger. He built strategies with manufacturers and rep firms to achieve customer initiatives. As Government Sales Manager, he led sales and contract strategy for California Higher Education Systems. Brian also developed Grainger's companywide strategy for the Education Segment. Brian lives in Sparks, NV, enjoying skiing and snowboarding at Lake Tahoe resorts.

Alex Ninchich
Sales Director
Alex is a results oriented sales executive with significant experience in sales management, national account management and channel management gained through experiences through both distribution and manufacturing leadership roles.
On the weekends you can find Alex enjoying hiking, cooking, traveling, and getting a quick round of golf in when he can!

Parris Devine
Sales Director
Parris joined ISI in 2020 as a Senior Sales Professional with a proven track record of success. Parris spent 32 years at Grainger growing sales, improving processes, developing new business models, and leading teams of people with great success. Born and raised in Southern California, Parris holds a bachelor’s in Economics from Occidental College. His interests include participating in cycling, running, swimming and a bit of golf.

Jayme Wunar
Sales Director
Jayme joined the ISI team in 2020 after 19 years as an accomplished Merchant in the retail channel of trade. She is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with experience delivering profitable and sustainable growth programs. She has a track record of delivering on complex, cross functional projects with a steadfast work ethic and is committed to prioritizing goals while maintaining focus on high quality output.
On weekends you can find her and her husband supporting their 2 boys at travel baseball tournaments and basketball games.

Tom Prukop
Sales Manager
Tom joined the ISI team in 2024, bringing 10 years of experience working in distribution. His roles included Corporate Sales Manager / National Accounts, Government Sales Manager in Higher Education, and a field-based Account Manager. Tom also has 18 years of experience in the Building Material industry. Tom, his wife and two daughters live in Southern California where he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, skiing, and getting outdoors.

Mitch Monocchio
Sales Manager
Mitchell joined ISI in 2017 as a Customer Service Rep, later becoming a Business Development Manager and now a Sales Manager. He manages key accounts for manufacturers via industrial distributors and develops strategic sales engagement plans for government, manufacturing, commercial, and national customers. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys going to the gym, watching Chicago sports, and spending time with his family.

Todd Albert
Sales Manager
Todd joined ISI in 2025, bringing over 15 years of industrial distribution experience from Grainger. At Grainger, he held roles in Marketing, Grainger.com, Services Development, Branch Merchandising, Offer Enablement, and Consulting. He also helped develop Grainger’s KeepStock program and led early pilots. Todd holds degrees from Clemson and Northern Illinois University. He lives in Grayslake, IL, enjoying family time, tennis, and pickleball.

Mike Klotz
Sales Manager
Mike joined ISI in 2024 with experience from Bostick Adhesives and Grainger, where he excelled as a Sales Manager. Known for his results-driven work ethic and approachable leadership, Mike's expertise includes People Development, Business Development, Sales Management, and Strategic Account Planning. Outside of work, he enjoys exercise, sports, and self-help reading. His favorite travel destinations are Florida and the Caribbean.

Bob Pole
Sales Director
Bob rejoined ISI in 2017 and brings over 30 years of experience in the hardware and MRO industries across major product categories. He prides himself on being customer focused and finding creative solutions to help everyone in the supply chain benefit. Known for his creative problem solving he helps sellers and end users boost productivity and reduce costs. Bob and his wife live in Colorado, where he enjoys hiking, playing golf or snowboarding.

Matt Madden
Sales Manager
Matt started at ISI in the fall of 2018 after spending 4 years in the Export Department at Grainger Industrial Supply. His experience navigating different cultures and industries provides him with unique insight when representing suppliers to potential customers. He does this by truly understanding their business and partnering with them to help improve their operations.
When he’s not in the office Matt, originally from Alaska, enjoys getting outside to camp or hike and is always on the lookout for his next international backpacking trip.

Kyle Slamans
Sales Manager
Kyle joined the ISI team in August of 2020 after 5 years in the powersports distribution sales channel. Kyle is a relationship driven sales professional that’s always looking to find the best solution for his customers.
Kyle is happily married to his high school sweet heart, Danielle, and has 2 kids, Quinn and Levi. Outside of work and family, he lives for riding motocross, boating, working out, playing golf and being outdoors.

Ben Van Gorp
Sales & Operations Manager
Ben joined ISI in 2020 after working in the consulting world. He’s a Data-driven strategist with operations, national distribution, and supplier relations experience. Ben’s diverse experience with various industries equips him with a deep understanding of customer needs, enabling him to craft mutually beneficial solutions. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys time with family, bow hunting, and fly fishing.

Tim Kovis
Senior Business Development - Florida
Tim joined the ISI team in 2013 after spending over 12 years in sales at Airgas Inc. Tim uses his unique product knowledge to help distributor’s sales teams seal the deal with difficult and technical products. Tim is constantly sought out by B2B distributors to connect information, resources, and quotations to ready to purchase customers.
Tim dreams about getting more sleep as he and his wife chase three boys around during days off. During nap time and bed time, Tim enjoys a round of golf and attending any Chicago sporting event or concert…Bears…

Mike Muto
Senior Business Development - Illinois
Mike joined the ISI team in the fall of 2020 after two and a half years in the sports industry. Mike assists distributor’s sales teams through unique product knowledge and quick problem solving to help them quickly address their customers’ needs. Mike is a former collegiate student-athlete, a 4-year catcher for Loras College. In his free time, you can find him on a golfing or spending quality time with his wife and family.

Corey Finley
Business Development - Massachusetts
Corey joined the ISI team in 2021 after 8 years of technical and managerial experience in industrial consulting. His background in government, construction and environmental sectors allows him to be a “problem solver” in his territory. Corey met his wife at Stockton University, and the two enjoy road trips throughout Europe and the US. With a young family, Corey splits his free time between DIY projects and hiking the Appalachian Mountains.

Claire Berry
Business Development - North Carolina
Claire Berry joined the ISI team in June 2023. She previously came from the medical sales industry and wanted to expand her knowledge within the industrial space. She is a hard-working businesswoman focused on cultivating relationships and expanding the industry. Claire lives on the coast of North Carolina and enjoys relaxing at the beach. When she is not working, you can find her reading, walking her dog, or spending time with loved ones.

Sam Lew
Business Development - Southern CA
Sam Lew joined the ISI team in 2023 after working 12 years in sales for a California valve manufacturing company. He enjoys developing new relationships with customers, to help grow their business.
Sam is an active person playing quarterback for his beach flag football team every weekend. He also enjoys trying new restaurants, learning to cook new dishes, and traveling around the world. He also is a dog dad to his mini goldendoodle Kygo.

Sam Nemanich
Inside Sales Business Development - Illinois
Sam joined ISI in 2024 after graduating Summa Cum Laude from DePaul University with a finance degree. As ISI’s first Inside Sales Development Specialist, he builds impactful relationships and drives brand awareness through national partnerships. Outside of work, Sam enjoys cheering on Chicago sports teams – especially the Bears. He also enjoys fishing, hunting, clay shooting, and hopes to one day visit to all 50 states.

Seth Snoap
Business Development - Michigan
Seth joined the ISI team in 2024. He came from a sales background and wanted to expand his knowledge within the industrial space. He is a hard-working and focused on cultivating relationships and expanding the industry.

Brenden Nagel
Business Development - Texas
Brenden joined ISI in 2025 after five successful years with the Houston Texans, where he built expertise in business development, relationship management, and strategic selling. Known for forging lasting partnerships, he brings energy and insight to every interaction. Based in Austin, he’s a proud Sam Houston State alum who enjoys long-distance running, golf, chess, and weekend walks with his wife and two dogs.

Anthony Amport
Sales Specialist
Anthony joined the ISI team in 2014 and brought with him 10 years of sales, operations, and administrative experience at OfficeMax. With his experience in every facet of the supply chain, Anthony can quickly connect suppliers with everything needed to thrive through distribution partners.
Anthony and his wife enjoy watching their son grow and participate in many sporting activities. As his son ages, he will most likely join Anthony at the paintball facility as well as join him for events such as Chicago Blackhawks, Green Bay Packers, and Chicago White Sox games.

Meghan Zimmerman
Sales Specialist
Meghan joined the ISI team in November 2016 and brought with her nearly 5 years of customer service and marketing experience from OSG USA, Inc. Meghan uses her unique inside perspective of a manufacturer to assist her with connecting manufacturers to key distribution networks and processes.
Outside of work, you might catch Meghan and her husband hiking through the trails, cheering on a Chicago team, baking (and enjoying!) delicious treats, enjoying, catching the latest movie, or gathering with friends and family.

Kelly Gray
Sales Specialist
Kelly joined the ISI team early in 2018 and brought with her key outside sales experience which she gained during her 5 years at WESCO Distribution. Having been in front of the customer so often, Kelly understands how to represent suppliers, collect new leads, develop relationships, demonstrate product, and maximize results.
Outside of the office, you can find Kelly enjoying some time at the pool, her local gym, walking her dog or enjoying sushi while she plans her next travel destination!

Allison Schindler
Sales Specialist
Allison joined the ISI team in July 2024 and is a recent graduate from the University of Delaware with a major in Marketing and minor in Business Analytics. Allison’s experience interning at a manufacturing plant has given her valuable insight into the behind the scenes of suppliers. She is looking forward to being a part of the team!
When Allison is not working you will catch her at the gym, hanging out with friends or family, or snuggled up with a good book.

Peter Schindler
Sales Specialist
Peter joined our team in January 2025. He graduated from the University of Maine in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. During his time at Fastenal, Peter gained valuable insights working in sales for three years, where he collaborated directly with suppliers and end users. His experience spans multiple fields, including construction and aerospace metalworking.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys staying active by going to the gym, playing pick-up sports, and hiking mountains.

Marketta Wiekerson
Project Manager
Marketta rejoined the ISI team in 2018. Marketta has over 20 years of multi-channel Retail and B2B experience in marketing/advertising, merchandising, product management, and project management. She has an exceptional reputation for meeting organizational objectives and demands.
Outside of work, Marketta enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Claire Ferriss
Marketing Manager
Claire Ferriss joined the ISI team in July 2024. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Sports Management and a minor in Business. Claire’s previous experience in a project management role has equipped her with the expertise to effectively represent suppliers, cultivate strong relationships, and achieve impactful results.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys attending Chicago sports events, listening to podcasts, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Jeff Penkala
Customer Service Manager
Jeff joined the ISI team in 2009 and brought with him decades of product knowledge, operations, and customer service experience. Having worked at Grainger Sourcing, distribution centers, and call centers; Jeff has seen the inside of an engine that powers B2B distribution. Jeff is constantly connected with suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure that the right products get into the right hands at the right time for the right price.
When Jeff isn’t attending a local event or traveling the country with his wife, he is out exploring tried and true or brand new fishing spots. Hidden lakes, vast oceans, frozen ponds, or lazy rivers – as long as it has fish, Jeff knows about it.

Veronica Gutierez
Sales Support
Veronica Gutierrez joined the team in the fall of 2024 and has extensive experience in sales and customer service. She’s looking forward to expanding her product knowledge and building relationships within the industry.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and especially her young nephews. She has a contest with their uncles to see who’ll be the favorite by August, 2025. You can also find her working on creative textile projects with other local artists in her community

Rachel Van Gorp
Data Specialist
Rachel joined ISI in 2020. She comes with years of creative problem solving, administrative support, and relationship building skills. She supports the whole team with data analytics and reporting.
Outside of work, you might catch Rachel and her husband camping or playing with their family in the backyard!
